David Jefferies from the Little Rock, AR truck driving company Maverick will be at Interstate Truck Driving School's South St. Paul location. Maverick is mainly known for their Flatbed Division, but has many other opportunities as well.

It was 7am on August 29th when the Fit For The Road 5K started. The event was held at the Great American Trucking Show at Fir Park in Dallas Texas. As it is in Dallas in August, race organizers worried about the heat and the health of those participating in the 5K. A welcome surprise, as it turns out the race started with a bit of rain that trickeled over the participants, cooling the dozens off early to start.

Issac A. from St Paul just graduated from Interstate's Professional Tractor Trailer Program. Besides getting 1 on 1 training behind the wheel, Issac was able to do most of his coursework from home using our online training system. Now he's going to drive for Werner.
A recruiter from Knight Transportation will be our South St Paul location. Knight Transportation is a provider of multiple truckload transportation services. One of the largest truck load carriers Schneider recently posted a couple articles from driver JD Simpson. JD started his journey in 2013 when he met his fiance.
" We were talking one day and she said, “I want you to be around for a long time. You need to get healthy.” That flipped the light switch. I had found a diet that really worked for me and by early 2014, I had lost a lot of weight."
While some people may find JD's diet a bit extreme, he got the results that he was looking for. The article is posted in two parts.
