Cookie Policy

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies:

  1. The technologies we use for automatic data collection on the Site may include:
  • Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your device’s hard drive through your web browser for record-keeping purposes. Some cookies allow us to make it easier for you to navigate our Site, while others support the security and performance of the Site, or allow us to track activity and usage data within the Site.
    • Essential Cookies: These are required for the site to function (e.g., load pages, remember your choices). They cannot be switched off in our systems.
    • Analytics Cookies: These help us understand how visitors use our Site, such as which pages are most popular and how users move around the Site. We use this information to improve performance and usability.
    • Advertising Cookies: These cookies and similar technologies allow us and our partners (such as Google, HubSpot, and Meta) to deliver relevant ads, measure and optimize campaigns (including attribution), and help limit how often you see ads. They may collect information about your activity over time and across different websites or online services. Some of our partners may also collect information directly from your browser/device through these technologies. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of targeted advertising and certain related disclosures. See the “Targeted Advertising and Opt-Out Preference Signals (Including GPC)” section below.
    • Social Media Cookies: These allow you to interact with social platforms (like Twitter or LinkedIn) and share content. When you use them, data may be sent to the platform provider.
    • Support & Engagement Cookies: These power tools like live chat or customer support widgets, which help us respond to your questions and improve service.
  • Pixel Tags. Pixel tags (sometime called web beacons or clear GIFs) are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. While cookies are stored locally on your device, pixel tags are embedded invisibly within web pages and online content. We may use these, in connection with our Site to, among other things, track the activities of users, help us manage content and compile usage statistics. We may also use these in HTML e-mails we send, to help us track e-mail response rates, identify when our e-mails are viewed, and track whether our e-mails are forwarded.
  • Local Storage Objects. Local storage is a web storage mechanism that allows us to store data on a browser that persists even after the browser window is closed. Local storage may be used by our web servers to cache certain information in order enable faster loading of pages and content when you return to our Site. You can clear data stored in local storage through your browser. Please consult your browser help menu for more information.
  • Third-Party Analytics and Tools. We use third party tools, such as Google Analytics, which are operated by third party companies. These third-party analytics companies may use cookies, pixels, and other similar tools to collect usage data about our Site in order to provide us with reports and metrics that help us evaluate usage of our Site and improve performance and user experiences. To learn more about Google’s privacy practices, please review the Google Privacy Policy at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. You can also download the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent their data from being used by Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Targeted Advertising and Opt-Out Preference Signals (Including GPC). We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to help deliver advertising that may be more relevant to you (“targeted advertising”). Under California law, some of this activity may constitute the ‘sale’ or ‘sharing’ of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you may have the right to opt out.

Opt-out preference signals (GPC). Where required by applicable law, we treat opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) as a valid request to opt out for the browser or device that sends the signal and any consumer profile we associate with that browser or device (including pseudonymous profiles). If we can reasonably associate the signal with you (for example, if you are logged into an account), we will apply it to you as well. We will not require you to provide information beyond what is necessary to send the signal, and any optional information you provide to help us apply your opt-out more broadly will be used only to process your request. We provide a means for you to confirm that your opt-out request has been processed (for example, by displaying ‘Opt-Out Request Honored’ or reflecting your choice in privacy settings, where available).

Other ways to opt out. You can also opt out by contacting us at (800) 336-8939.

  1. Your choices. You can use your browser settings to reject certain cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, some parts of the Site may be inaccessible or not function properly. Separately, depending on your jurisdiction, you may have legal rights to opt out of certain uses of tracking technologies (including the sale/sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising). Cookie settings control collection via cookies; they do not necessarily apply to our sale/sharing opt-out, which you can exercise as described in Section 2. See the Targeted Advertising and Opt-Out Preference Signals (Including GPC)” section above for more information.
