This was a very positive experience. All the instructors were very patient and kept positive reinforcement with my training even when I thought I was not doing well.
Michelle did a great job in her training program. Learning to drive a big rig can be intimidating - so many new skills to learn. Our instructors do the best job at rewarding all benchmarks in the training process. They also know how to approach those areas where a student may struggle to help them keep focused and positive on their progress. We want everyone to be comfortable in the truck so we do not limit time with simulator or backing range practice.
We are so happy you had such a good experience at Interstate Michelle. We look forward to hearing which company makes you the best offer. You are certain to have a very successful career in the trucking industry.
