Interstate Celebrates Veterans Day

Today we honor the Veterans that have taken the oath to serve the United States of America. All gave some, some gave all!

The staff at here at Interstate is proud of our founder, Bill Collins as he was drafted 13 April, 1970 and served with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Vietnam from 1 October 1970 to 30 October 1971. Like most guys of his era, Bill does not talk about his service but to us it is clear it was important to him. Bill goes out of his way to help the veteran students at our school and he has taught us proper flag etiquette when we fly old glory in front of the office.

We are also very proud of how well the trucking industry reaches out to veterans.
We have been blessed to have worked with many vets over the years that have gone on to take advantage of the financial security provided by the trucking industry.

Please join us today and thank all the vets for all they have done.
