Zombie Awareness Month: Teen Blames Zombies For Crashing Tractor Trailer

To celebrate May which is also Zombie Awareness Month, we thought it would be good to inform all truck drivers about the danger of zombies. The Mirror posted a article about a 19 year old male who is being accused of stealing a semi-truck and crashing it into several cars, injuring seven people. What’s the reason? Two New ITDS Graduates – Ken W. & Curt H.

We just had two students graduate from the 160 Hour Professional Tractor Trailer Program. Which means that these two guys are no longer students, they’re truck drivers, and proud to be so. Here’s what they had to say about their training at Interstate Truck Driving School.

Ken. W from Lino Lakes MN, is going to be driving with Stevens Transport out of Texas.

DSC_6726“The driver training I received was outstanding! The instructors were polite and patient, and were willing to wait til I was comfortable before proceeding to the following stages in the training process.”

Curt H. from Blaine MN, decided that we wanted to driver for Werner out of Nebraska. He will begin his training with Werner next week.

I think it’s pretty safe to say just about everyone has been guilty of distracted driving. With today’s non-stop mobile technology, there has never been a time when people have had more to distract them behind the wheel. Your risk of being involved in a accident goes up ten fold any time that you are distracted while driving.
