Yes, we can help you get a great job driving truck if you have a good driving record.

Even with the poor economy there are jobs available. There is a constant demand for quality truck drivers.  We have companies that send recruiters to our school looking for new drivers.  All of them are looking for drivers with good driving records.  Even with the slowing economy, it is a good time to be starting a career driving trucks.

Job placement is available for our customers that take our Professional Tractor Trailer Program (160-hour course). We can help you primarily with cross-country positions. There are local positions available occasionally and we have placed many of our students into local jobs but they are not available constantly so we cannot promise you a local position.

In order to be successful, you must have a good driving record, a good work history, a CDL license and the skills necessary to drive commercial vehicles safely.  We can provide you with training if you have a valid license and valid permit regardless of your driving record.  We can only provide job placement assistance if you have a good record that is clean for the last five years and a maximum of 1 DWI during your lifetime. 

There are companies that will pre-hire you if you take the Professional Tractor Trailer Program. Now is the time to take advantage of the demand for new drivers and we can help you find that job you are looking for.

RECRUITER NIGHT

5:00 to 6:00 P.M.

A couple of times a month trucking company recruiters stop by our office to visit with our students to answer all their questions. We schedule these events evenings from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. We even provide FREE pizza for our students and prospective customers so this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss.  Rick Buchholz from Werner Enterprises stops by to visit with our students on a regular basis.
